Just a quick note to say thank you! We have boarded our Dobies with them a few times and are very impressed with the outstanding care they have taken with our dogs. (One of whom would no longer be with us had it not been for Jack and Georgia's quick response to a medical emergency!) Jack and Georgia are truly exceptional in the care they provide and are wonderful people. Again, thank you!

Jack & Georgia, As I mentioned on your FB page, thank you so such for such great care of my “kids.” Knowing that they are so well taken care of with you and Jack, I get to enjoy my vacations and while away for work, I can concentrate on business and not worry about Mya and Kahn. The fact that they come home clean and worn out from their vacations with you is an added bonus! 14 years and counting that I have been boarding with you and no plans to stop. As long as I am able to, I plan to keep having my Danes. Lol

Thanks for the excellent article on Living with Senior Great Danes. Those times are tough. Our Harle male just turned 12 on Sunday. Still getting around and able to go up a large flight of stairs. His back legs and hips are his weak point. Overall doing well. My first dane spoiled me, died a few weeks before his 14th birthday!

I think it was 1978 when I bought a brindle male puppy from Georgia. She was so very helpful and we truly loved our �Winston�. Can�t really remember his full pedigreed name, but is was a long one! She had told me that because of the heat inYakima, his already cropped ears may droop some. That was the case, and we couldn�t make his right ear stand as it should. She took him back to his regular vet in Ferndale and had his ears re-cropped a little shorter. When he had healed enough, we sped over the passes to pick Winston up and bring him to his forever home. He was our pride and joy, and was the team mascot wearing a. jersey of the Pirates team on which my son played catcher, little league of course. Some people were afraid of him, simply because of his size. Those persons quickly changed their position as they learned he was truly a �Gentle Giant�. Unfortunately he developed a cancerous tumor in his shoulder which eventually took him down at the young age of 6 1/2. I will never forget that wonderful pup, and know someday we will meet again at the �Rainbow Bridge�. Their life span is so very short in comparison to ours, it is simply not fair! Still think of you often, Georgia, and Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I am now on my second Papillon, a breed that keeps you hopping! Hopefully it will help keep me young, because now at 71 I�m getting a little slow myself.
